Storage of personal items in common parts
Today (12 Oct 2026) LBM issued a reminder to leaseholders and residents that “all communal areas must remain completely clear of personal items and free from obstruction at all times”. This a fire safety requirement and of course is a action that can be seen in the context of the major works building safety project. LBM note that after an inspection on Monday, 26th Oct 20026, any items remaining will be removed. Your help with this is greatly appreciated as we move toward seeking updated building safety certification. The letter has been posted to the documents section of the site here.
