Dean is the building’s full-time concierge and is, reporting to LBM, employed directly by Shaftsbury Management.

Dean has many years’ experience of working in the Pad and is the first point of contact for residents and lessees alike for all matters relating to the day-to-day running of the building.

Dean does many “above-and-beyond” tasks for residents and leaseholders including delivering packages to apartment doors and, on-request, supplying gas-meter readings. Residents and leaseholders should ensure Dean has your contact details for emergencies and the general sharing of information.
